We require all appointments to be pre-paid for upon booking.

Changes to Appointments

Cancellations

Appointments can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the booking.

Cancellations less than 24 hours before the booking or non-attendance will incur a $40 fee.

Rescheduling

Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the booking.

Changes less than 24 hours before the booking will incur a $40 fee.

Late Arrivals

In the case where an appointment begins later than the scheduled time, it will still end at the originally scheduled time i.e. the appointment will not run over time to make up for lateness. This ensures that all client consultations can run on time.
